Bilingual Sales & Appointment Coordinator

About the role

The client is a portfolio of three doctor‑led healthcare and wellness businesses seeking a bilingual professional to drive patient acquisition, set appointments, and support sales across concierge medicine, pain management, and supplement lines. The role is full‑time, English‑only during the shift, and requires a neutral or American‑sounding accent for both English and Spanish speaking patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales calls with warm concierge‑medicine leads and educate them on membership programs.
• Qualify inbound leads, schedule consultations for the pain‑management practice, and confirm appointments to minimize cancellations.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up through calls, email, SMS, and CRM workflows.
• Manage the CRM pipeline, update lead statuses, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Assist with back‑office and administrative tasks during slower sales periods.
• Support occasional supplement upsell initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or American‑sounding accent; Spanish proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to build trust with patients and guide them through enrollment.
• Highly independent, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple business lines.
