Bilingual Sales Executive - Factoring & Financial Services

About the role

A growing company in the financial services sector, specializing in factoring and immediate cash flow solutions for businesses, is hiring a bilingual sales executive in Bogotá. The role is hybrid, under a direct permanent contract, and focuses on prospecting, lead generation and closing deals through cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Engage decision-makers and business owners across different industries
• Conduct consultative sales conversations in English and Spanish
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Use CRM tools to track and manage opportunities

Required profile

• Advanced English level for client-facing communication
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales and cold calling
• Experience selling factoring solutions or related financial services
• Experience working with sales KPIs and revenue targets

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills
• CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus)
