Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish & English)

About the role

Practice360 is seeking a motivated, confident, and results‑driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and introduce potential clients to its fully managed marketing services. This remote position focuses on outbound prospecting for law firms, medical practices, and service‑based businesses across US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential prospects and initiate contact via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads based on need, budget, timing, and decision‑making authority.
• Book discovery calls, demos, or follow‑up meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Ask strong discovery questions to uncover marketing challenges and clearly explain Practice360’s services.
• Maintain a clean, active sales pipeline and share detailed notes with internal teams before calls.

Required profile

• Confident phone communication and strong written English skills.
• Persistent yet courteous follow‑up, organized, and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable working US time zones (PST, EST, CST) and using CRM tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• HubSpot or similar CRM platform.
• Proficiency with basic computer hardware and software (PC/laptop with Windows 10 or macOS Catalina, internet connectivity).
