Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/English)

About the role

America's Got Soccer, one of the fastest-growing youth soccer programs in the country, is looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative to join its growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities and closing deals. Candidates should thrive in a competitive environment and enjoy hitting targets and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enrollment growth by handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails and follow-ups, and converting inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues and programs.
• Generate new leads proactively, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and track all interactions in CRM systems.
• Build rapport with parents and guardians, understand their needs and recommend the best-fit programs.
• Present program offerings and value propositions, overcome objections and close enrollments while meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish so families feel supported and informed.
• Work closely with operations and program teams, sharing customer insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Strong competitive drive, sales instincts or experience selling camp spots, sports programs or fundraising.
• Comfortable generating leads and making the first move by phone, email or in person.
• Ability to build rapport with families and speak clearly with both adults and children.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Team player who can work independently without micromanagement.
• Completion of both short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or after applying: Culture Index survey and Skills game assessment.
