About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communications across digital, print, and motion design. The ideal candidate combines bold storytelling with fluency in English and Spanish, delivering modern, strategic design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for brand campaigns, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Develop high‑quality designs for digital, social, and print media.
• Oversee production of short‑form videos, motion graphics, and animations.
• Maintain brand consistency and high design standards across all projects.
• Mentor junior designers and foster skill development.
• Translate concepts into bilingual visual designs while respecting cultural nuances.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of graphic design experience, preferably in editorial, media, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, editorial design, and multimedia work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive knowledge of social‑media content design best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to lead multiple projects.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and driving creative teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
