Bilingual Short-Term Rental Sales & Reservations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

A U.S.-based furnished rental company offering short-term and monthly stays is looking for a bilingual Sales & Reservations Specialist to work remotely. The role handles guest inquiries, follows up with prospects and turns leads into confirmed reservations. The ideal candidate has strong sales and customer service skills, excellent written communication and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest booking inquiries through messaging platforms, email and phone calls.
• Communicate professionally with guests in English and Spanish, keeping messages and emails clear, well-written and accurate.
• Follow up with prospective guests, address questions and concerns, handle objections and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
• Provide accurate information on property details, pricing, availability and booking requirements.
• Manage several guest conversations and booking opportunities while responding promptly and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain accurate guest information, lead statuses and reservation records in CRM or property management systems.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience working with U.S.-based clients in short-term rentals, hospitality or property management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Experience handling customer inquiries by messaging platforms, email and phone.
• Strong sales skills, including lead follow-up, objection handling and converting prospects into bookings.
• Excellent writing, grammar, spelling and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work morning or afternoon/evening shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• CRM or property management systems (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HubSpot or similar is a plus).
