Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter (French & English)

About the role

UPS is looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its corporate recruiting team in Bogotá. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top‑tier talent for a variety of internal and external positions while ensuring a seamless, compliant hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Attract premier professional candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and present best‑fit candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and consult with hiring managers on talent needs.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide updates on requisition status.
• Conduct market research to set realistic hiring expectations.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on hard‑to‑fill roles and manage candidate flow in the ATS.
• Extend offers, including compensation details, and support onboarding.
• Develop recruitment training materials and assist with ad‑hoc talent projects.

Required profile

• Energetic, collaborative, and inquisitive with a strategic mindset.
• Experience creating and implementing global talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to ensure legal compliance and improve recruitment processes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring partners and prospective talent.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
• Full French fluency, both spoken and written.
