Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist – North America

About the role

Keyrus is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People & Transformation team. Based in Colombia, you will act as the daily bridge between Keyrus’s LATAM talent engine and hiring managers in Canada and the United States, shaping the talent pipeline for Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics practices.

Key responsibilities

• Source Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and networking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: CV review, pre‑screening calls, technical and cultural interviews, and coordination with North American hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to reduce time‑to‑hire and improve candidate experience.
• Develop market knowledge of roles, skills, seniority levels, and technology trends in consulting environments.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis on compensation, benefits, contract models, and talent availability in the US and Canada.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting Keyrus culture and values.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or consulting sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously and build relationships across cultures.
• Strong analytical mindset for market and competitor research.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Experience using internal talent databases and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of data‑focused roles (Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics).
