Billing Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst works closely with Client Finance Managers who manage and report financial accounting and reporting requirements to Omnicom, including those of the Finance Department, Executive Leadership Team, OHG Finance Team, OHG Shared Services Team and DAS Finance. The role supports the managers with monthly billing, requires leadership skills, a team-oriented approach and the ability to meet tight deadlines across several projects.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Controller and assist the Client Finance Managers
• Pull monthly billing reports and review them for accuracy
• Work with accelerated timelines and hard-stop deadlines
• Work closely with the assigned account team to manage financial requests
• Escalate internally if deadlines are not being met
• Comply with audit requirements provided by internal shared services
• Process transfers and client monthly invoices

Required profile

• Advanced conversational English
• 3-5 years of experience in billing
• Experience working in international environments
• Desirable: experience with D365 and/or billing

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365
• Knowledge of accounting and project management principles
