Billing Operations Analyst

About the role

Mastercard's Cardholder Services team is looking for a Specialist, Cardholder Services Finance (Billing Operations Analyst) to join its Cardholder Services Finance Team in Bogota. The role protects and governs the Benefits and Insurance applications and acts as the global billing point of contact, partnering with the Global Business Services Center, Finance and regional Cardholder Services teams to support billing accuracy, timeliness and revenue reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Cardholder Services Finance support model so that inquiries are answered quickly, billing is delivered accurately and revenue is reported to global and regional stakeholders.
• Support the strategic roadmap of the Cardholder Services Finance Team.
• Act as the point of contact for Benefits and Insurance billing inquiries.
• Evaluate and identify standardization of finance tasks with regional leads and product teams, and find opportunities to standardize billing across all benefits and insurance applications.
• Monitor and report on finance KPIs.
• Assist with billing transformation enhancements and development efforts.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Cardholder Services finance and billing.
• Analytical approach to producing, auditing and interpreting numbers and patterns, using data to inform stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication across the Mastercard matrix.
• Attention to detail in pulling financial data and spotting anomalies against trends and variances.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment and take on stretch goals.
