Billing Supervisor – Lead Daily Invoicing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Supervisor to launch and develop a new Billing Division. You will oversee daily invoicing, ensure financial accuracy, and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing operations, guaranteeing accurate and timely invoice issuance.
• Supervise and coach the billing team, handling complex cases and workload distribution.
• Monitor account reconciliations, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support month‑end closing.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Operations, Account Management, and Finance to address billing issues.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and quality‑assurance processes for the new division.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of billing and leadership experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and identifying discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
