BIM Manager – Archicad Super User

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Manager who is also an Archicad Super User to lead BIM workflows for international architectural projects. The successful candidate will drive template development, model coordination and ensure project standards are met across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Archicad templates, project files and teamwork environments.
• Review, coordinate and validate BIM models for accuracy, consistency and compliance with standards.
• Support architects and project teams with complex modeling, documentation and coordination challenges.
• Lead BIM coordination processes including IFC exchange, model federation, clash detection and issue tracking.
• Continuously improve internal BIM standards, workflows and best practices for Archicad‑based projects.
• Train, mentor and support team members to work efficiently and consistently in Archicad.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of Archicad modeling and 2 years as a BIM Manager.
• Advanced hands‑on expertise with Archicad (Super User level).
• Strong background in BIM coordination, model management, documentation and project standards.
• Knowledge of openBIM, IFC workflows, clash coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead, train and support project teams.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
