BIM Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of architectural and interior design BIM projects. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage project teams, ensure BIM quality standards, and act as the primary client liaison throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and delivery of architectural and interior design BIM models and construction documentation packages using Autodesk Revit.
• Lead and support BIM teams across all project phases, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of models and drawing sets before client submission.
• Manage project workflows, priorities, and deadlines while allocating resources across multiple projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for architectural coordination with internal teams and external clients.
• Develop, maintain, and improve BIM standards, templates, libraries, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM coordination experience, preferably on U.S. or Canadian architectural projects.
• Proven experience leading BIM teams and managing several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to lead meetings with international stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Experience performing QA/QC reviews of BIM models and drawing sets.
• Familiarity with Scan‑to‑BIM and point‑cloud workflows.
