About the role
We are seeking a highly meticulous BIM Modeler / Revit Drafter specializing in Scan-to-BIM. The role focuses on converting 3D laser scan point clouds into accurate, data‑rich BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Required profile
- Degree or Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Scan‑to‑BIM production workflows.
- Obsessive attention to millimeter‑level accuracy and strong problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to manage large point‑cloud files (GB/TB scale) efficiently.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit (modeling, phasing, worksharing, family creation).
- Advanced use of Autodesk ReCap Pro (registration, cleanup, clipping, exporting point clouds).
- Familiarity with automated extraction plugins such as EdgeWise, Faro As‑Built for Revit, or Leica CloudWorx.
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection.
- Strong spatial perception and 3D visualization capabilities.
