Brand & Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

Coro Cora is a fast‑growing start‑up that partners with artisan communities in Colombia to create handmade tabletop and decorative accessories. We are seeking a creative Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and accelerate digital growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social‑media content weekly and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for new collections, product launches and special occasions.
• Coordinate external partners and agencies for SEO, paid advertising and other digital initiatives.
• Improve website visibility and organic traffic through SEO best practices.
• Manage and update e‑commerce channels and marketplaces, including Shopify, Faire and Etsy.
• Identify and propose creative marketing initiatives, collaborations and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze performance across channels and provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate photoshoots, content creation sessions and support customer inquiries on digital platforms when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media or e‑commerce.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong writing, communication and visual judgment.
• Passion for design, interiors, lifestyle, fashion or artisan products.
