Brand Manager - TENA

About the role

Essity is looking for a Brand Manager to lead the communication and media agenda for TENA across Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. The role strengthens brand equity and drives sustainable growth by deepening the connection between the brand and its target audiences through innovative communication, engagement, media and content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated 360-degree brand, media and communication strategies across the assigned markets
• Lead content, CRM, influencer marketing, public relations and always-on communication initiatives
• Adapt and implement global brand strategies so they fit local needs and regions
• Manage media, creative, PR, digital and influencer agencies
• Monitor brand health, campaign performance, consumer insights and media effectiveness, and recommend improvements
• Optimize media investments for effectiveness, brand growth and business impact
• Work with local, regional and global teams to deliver strategic priorities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, media, branding or marketing, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods
• Proven track record of integrated brand-building and communication strategies
• Experience managing relationships with media, creative, PR, digital and influencer agencies
• Advanced English (B2-C1)
