Business Account Executive I

About the role

Tigo is looking for a Business Account Executive I in Tunja to manage assigned accounts or territories through sales and after-sales management of current and new corporate customers. The role focuses on the fixed and mobile digital portfolio offered by the organization, with the aim of growing recurring revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Sell corporate plans for both basic and advanced portfolios, following the sales processes defined by the company for each service.
• Handle after-sales requests involving billing changes so that customer needs are met.
• Follow up on installations or services pending with customers and agree with the involved areas to speed up attention.
• Ensure billed payments match the agreements and report discrepancies to the corresponding service executive.
• Follow up on the customer portfolio to inform them of possible suspensions or withdrawals due to arrears.
• Prepare the reports required by the company and act as an inspector or support commercial agreements when assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Implement and comply with company policies, apply the relevant regulations, and follow good practices and legal requirements of the Integrated Management System.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of commercial experience, preferably selling digital products and technology solutions (SDWAN, UCaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity) to the corporate segment.
• Degree in Engineering, Administration or a related field.
