Business Accounts Executive I

About the role

Tigo is looking for a Business Accounts Executive I in Popayán to manage assigned accounts or territories through sales and after-sales management of current and new corporate customers. The goal is to grow recurring revenue and market share across the fixed and mobile digital portfolio offered by the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Sell corporate plans for both basic and advanced portfolios, following the company's defined sales processes for each service.
• Handle after-sales requests involving billing changes so that customer needs are met.
• Follow up on installations or services pending with customers and agree with the involved areas to speed up attention.
• Ensure billed payments match the agreements and report discrepancies to the corresponding service executive.
• Follow up on the customer portfolio to inform them of possible suspensions or withdrawals due to arrears.
• Prepare the reports required by the company and act as an inspector or support commercial agreements when assigned.
• Implement and comply with company policies, apply the relevant regulations, and follow good practices and legal requirements of the Integrated Management System.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, preferably selling digital products and technology solutions (SDWAN, UCaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity) to the corporate segment.
• Degree in Engineering, Administration or a related field.
