Business Analyst (Finance & Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Finance & Accounting to join our global team. The role involves translating business needs into functional solutions, supporting clients and stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop functional documentation, user guides, and end‑user materials.
• Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and application enhancements.
• Provide functional application support, troubleshoot software issues, and manage change requests.
• Analyse financial statements to support business decision‑making.
• Communicate requirement changes, enhancements, and project updates to technical and business teams.
• Interact directly with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Support software implementations, testing activities, and business process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in Accounting/Finance with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with technical teams.
