Business Consultant – Retail & Supply Chain (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to help retail and supply‑chain leaders unlock the full value of our technology platform. You will work across the entire customer journey, from discovery and solution design through implementation and long‑term adoption, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops with executives and operational leaders to identify goals, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business problems into practical solution recommendations and act as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to define solution scope, develop business cases, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Support onboarding, guide customers in adopting new processes, monitor adoption, and proactively address risks.
• Participate in executive business reviews, drive value realization, and identify growth opportunities based on customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in retail, merchandising, planning, supply‑chain, or retail operations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable engaging senior executives and operational leaders.
• Ability to balance strategic consulting with hands‑on execution.
• Self‑driven, curious, and eager to learn, with up to ~15 years of relevant experience.
