Business Controlling Analyst – LATAM

About the role

The Business Controlling Analyst for LATAM supports the financial management and performance of the Health & Medical business across Latin America. You will be responsible for regional planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis, providing high‑quality financial information and insights to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in regional financial reporting, monthly close, annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and long‑range strategic planning.
• Validate and upload financial data into the corporate reporting system (AARO) and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Consolidate P&L and working‑capital data from LATAM countries and prepare executive presentations.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between Global Health & Medical, LATAM Business Unit and local country teams, monitoring action plans.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering sales, margin, operating expenses and working capital.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial planning, reporting and performance management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with regional marketing, commercial and business controller teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to senior management.
