Business Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Business Data Analyst to turn operational data into strategic insights. You will work remotely, collaborating with global teams to support decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Conduct financial and vertical analysis to pinpoint cost‑control and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data consistency.
• Assist in automating internal processes and reporting workflows using SQL and Python.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or related financial analysis roles.
• Proven ability to perform business and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of statistics and empirical methods for trend identification.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Python for statistical analysis and automation.
• Data visualization and reporting expertise.
