Business Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team in Bogotá. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building a qualified commercial pipeline, and turning prospects into long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and actively prospect new business opportunities.
• Develop a structured approach to market mapping, lead generation and client outreach.
• Build and maintain a qualified commercial pipeline and coordinate initial meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare commercial presentations and proposals in collaboration with the PDS team.
• Develop relationships with clients, brokers, contractors, design firms and other market stakeholders.
• Keep client and opportunity information updated in the CRM and monitor commercial indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of professional experience in construction, project management, business development or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to prospect, open markets and generate new business opportunities.
• Understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
• Experience preparing commercial or financial proposals.
• Intermediate or advanced English preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with digital prospecting tools.
