Business Development Executive

About the role

Final Rentals is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive franchise expansion across Latin America. Working fully remotely from any LATAM location, you will report to the Cardiff headquarters and be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new franchise partners to grow the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales journey, from prospecting to onboarding new franchise partners.
• Execute high‑energy outreach campaigns using email, cold calls, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Understand each partner’s needs and tailor presentations that demonstrate how Final Rentals can boost their business.
• Lead negotiations and convert prospects into long‑term franchise relationships.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth launch for new partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in new‑business or franchise environments.
• Confident communicator comfortable with high‑volume outreach and cold calling.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle digitally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Bonus: familiarity with vehicle rental, travel‑tech, or franchise sectors.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
