About the role

EcoFlow is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Colombia. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales, and increasing brand visibility in the local market.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of local customers, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
Oversee market operations, pricing strategy, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Plan and execute brand and market promotion activities to boost EcoFlow’s presence in Colombia.
Gather competitor and market intelligence, analyse trends, and propose actionable market development strategies.
Collaborate with regional teams to relay front‑end market demands and support backend decision‑making.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5–7 years of experience in business development, sales or related commercial roles.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market data into strategic actions.
