Business Development Manager

About the role

Egis Group is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Industrial, Energy and Infrastructure sectors in Latin America. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and expanding Egis' market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts in Energy, Industrial, Infrastructure and Transportation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders, positioning Egis as a trusted partner.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming project opportunities to strengthen market presence.
• Lead business pursuits, including qualification, proposal development, client presentations, negotiations and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and proposal teams to develop competitive solutions and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent Egis at client meetings, industry events, conferences and networking activities.
• Maintain an active pipeline with accurate CRM updates, forecasting and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of business development, sales or commercial experience, preferably in Infrastructure, Energy or Industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing key client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
