About the role
Forceget is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate outbound pipeline for its sales team. Based in Colombia, you will engage prospects across multiple channels, qualify leads, and schedule meetings that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Research and qualify prospects to ensure they match the ideal customer profile.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity logs in the CRM.
- Follow structured outreach sequences and playbooks for various Forceget service lines.
- Collaborate with team leads and sales managers on lead strategy and follow‑up.
- Complete onboarding and ongoing training through the internal LMS.
Required profile
- Based in Colombia.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 3+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, focused on cold outreach.
- Proven record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
- Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls and handling rejection.
- Self‑disciplined, punctual, and accountable without micromanagement.
- Competitive, results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
