Business Development Representative

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective clients.
• Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the team’s success.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, or a similar sales role.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Proven experience in high‑ticket sales.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.
