Business Development Representative

About the role

Forceget is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for its global logistics and fulfillment platform. You will prospect, qualify, and book meetings with ecommerce sellers using cold calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings.
• Research and qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile.
• Hold credible conversations on shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment.
• Log pipeline and activity accurately in the CRM.
• Follow outreach sequences and playbooks across service lines.
• Complete onboarding and ongoing training through the LMS.

Required profile

• Based in Colombia.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or fulfillment.
• 3+ years in outbound sales or business development focused on cold outreach.
• Proven record of hitting activity and pipeline targets.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection.
• Self‑disciplined, accountable, and results‑driven.
• Experience selling to US businesses and familiarity with ecommerce/Amazon is a plus.
