Business Development Representative

About the role

Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Business Development Representative with a law background to expand business opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean. This role is ideal for a recent law graduate interested in sales, business development, and LegalTech.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads using digital tools and legal industry databases.
• Identify and qualify opportunities that match the ideal customer profile.
• Schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads alongside Account Executives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date prospect information in CRM tools.
• Follow up consistently to develop the sales pipeline.
• Build professional relationships with potential customers and collaborate with the Sales team to drive regional growth.

Required profile

• Law degree or recent graduate with professional experience.
• Genuine interest in sales, business development, and commercial activities.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with internet‑based and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities.
