Business Development Representative – Medical Tourism

About the role

Queen Catalina Medical Tourism is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective patients interested in plastic surgery and medical tourism. You will help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident as they explore their options with our surgical team.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective patients via WhatsApp, Instagram, website inquiries and referrals.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand patients' goals, concerns and readiness, then book qualified consultations with surgeons.
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads, providing consistent follow‑up and building trust.
• Support international patients, especially those from the United States and Canada, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or client‑facing roles, preferably in a premium service environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written communication skills for WhatsApp and email.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, discretion with personal and medical information, and a desire to grow a career in sales.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
