Business Development Representative - Outbound Sales

About the role

Forceget is a global logistics and fulfillment company helping ecommerce sellers on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and DTC channels scale with international shipping, warehousing, FBA prep, reimbursements and profit optimization tools. It is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline by prospecting, qualifying and booking meetings through cold calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn using proven playbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings
• Research and qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile
• Hold credible conversations on shipping, warehousing and fulfillment
• Log pipeline and activity accurately in the CRM
• Follow outreach sequences and playbooks across service lines
• Complete onboarding and ongoing training through the LMS

Required profile

• Based in Colombia (required)
• Fluent written and spoken English (required)
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or fulfillment (required)
• 3+ years in outbound sales or business development focused on cold outreach
• Proven record of hitting activity and pipeline targets
• Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection
• Experience selling to US businesses and familiarity with ecommerce/Amazon are a plus
