Business Development Representative – Remote (Medellín)

About the role

Join Valian Systems as a Business Development Representative and help U.S. dental practices adopt an AI‑powered front‑desk platform. Working remotely from Medellín, you will engage prospects on the phone, qualify interest, and schedule high‑quality appointments that move quickly toward closing.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80–140 outbound calls per day to U.S. dental practices.
• Book qualified appointments with prospects who understand Valian’s solution.
• Manage leads and build a personal pipeline using the company’s CRM (training provided).
• Track prospect interactions and follow‑up to maximize conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1–C2) with a professional phone presence.
• Motivated to learn AI‑driven technology and healthcare workflows.
• Proven experience in phone‑sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Medical‑sales or technology‑sales background is a strong plus.
• Self‑disciplined, coachable, and competitive.
