About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and build relationships with leading companies shaping the future of energy and infrastructure. You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team, identifying prospective clients and generating qualified meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective client organizations in renewable energy, infrastructure, and data center sectors.
- Build target account lists and develop outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Generate qualified meetings for the leadership team and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
- Monitor industry news, funding rounds, acquisitions, project announcements, and hiring activity to spot growth signals.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and follow‑up activities.
- Support LinkedIn thought‑leadership initiatives, conference planning, and industry networking to strengthen market presence.
Required profile
- Naturally curious and commercially minded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging senior executives (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, etc.).
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
- Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, or business growth.
Required skills
- Experience (1‑5 years) in business development or sales development.
