About the role
The Business Insights Analyst acts as a strategic advisor, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to business leaders across TaskUs. You will translate complex data into actionable guidance that drives operational efficiency and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, forecast performance, and create Power BI reports.
- Extract insights to inform decisions, develop descriptive and diagnostic analytics, and define holistic metrics aligned with company strategy.
- Manage small cross‑functional projects, map business processes to data flows, and proactively surface efficiency opportunities.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence or reporting.
- Strong communication skills (C1 English) with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
- Track record of linking data analysis to business strategy to drive impact.
Required skills
- Power BI (2+ years)
- SQL (2+ years)
- R or Python (experience a plus)
