Business Process Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology company founded more than 15 years ago and working remotely with a team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Business Process Analyst. The analyst bridges business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting business processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams so that technology solutions align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Create detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases and user stories.
• Support the testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Business process modeling and mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
