Business Product Operations Specialist

About the role

Support Business Product Owners and Value Delivery Leadership by ensuring product value is measurable, pilots are operationally supported, and agile execution runs smoothly across the domain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards and reporting for KPIs, benefits realization, and adoption metrics.
• Provide operational support for pilots and early‑stage products, tracking status, risks, dependencies and readiness.
• Coordinate feedback capture, adoption inputs and pilot learnings to inform value discussions.
• Facilitate domain‑level agile events such as Big Room Planning, Increment Retrospectives and Innovation Week.
• Reduce operational burden on Business Product Owners by offering shared domain support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with metrics, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Understanding of how technology products create business value.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional business and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile roles, events and cadences in a scaled environment.
• Ability to manage multiple operational workstreams.
