Business Services Consultant - Bilingual

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Business Services Consultant to join CBRE in Bogotá. The role supports data analytics, administrative functions, process improvement and financial activities for the facilities management area, serving internal teams and senior Latam leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational processes to ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Measure and monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements, guaranteeing internal and external client standards.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, implement continuous improvements, and reduce costs.
• Act as a strategic liaison between management and operational teams, aligning service delivery with business objectives.
• Forecast workload demand, resolve conflicting priorities, and support senior leaders with data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 4+ years of relevant experience combined with other qualifications may be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities and KPI management.
