Capacity Planning & Leasing Analyst (Entry-Level)

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is hiring a Capacity Planning & Leasing Analyst for entry-level candidates, such as recent graduates. The role covers office space planning, occupancy tracking, leasing administration and reporting, and is open to applicants based in Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Bucaramanga or Cartagena.

Key responsibilities

• Support space planning: optimize office spaces, allocate workstations and distribute space.
• Track occupancy, update records, coordinate office moves and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Assist with infrastructure, construction, remodeling and space optimization projects.
• Support lease documentation, renewals, contract deadlines and record management.
• Organize data, monitor space utilization and support capacity planning decisions.
• Help ensure facilities meet health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or technologist in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• No previous work experience required.
• B2 English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Basic academic knowledge of 2D and 3D architectural design tools.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with construction planning, budgeting or project scheduling.
• Interest in learning capacity management tools such as WISP.
