Carrier Sales Representative – Full Truckload (FTL)

About the role

PRIMO is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative with hands‑on Full Truckload (FTL) experience to expand and manage its carrier network across the United States. You will be responsible for sourcing, booking, and coordinating full‑truckload freight while ensuring competitive rates and reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong network of FTL carriers nationwide.
• Source, book, and coordinate full‑truckload shipments with speed and accuracy.
• Negotiate rates that balance cost, service, and reliability.
• Optimize truck capacity to support sales and operations.
• Use load boards and sourcing tools daily to secure consistent coverage.
• Maintain accurate shipment and carrier data in the TMS.
• Track loads end‑to‑end, resolving issues proactively.
• Provide real‑time updates to stakeholders and share market insights with the sales team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on FTL carrier sales or brokerage experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or equivalent logistics experience.
• Strong negotiation instincts and confident communication.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask and make fast decisions under pressure.
• Advanced English proficiency.
