Certified Public Accountant – Team Lead

About the role

OTD Americas is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to lead its accounting team in Bogotá. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with Colombian tax obligations, and supporting the Finance Director on reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s accounting operations and monthly/annual closing processes.
• Lead and develop the Accounting Analysts team, ensuring integrity of the general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports.
• Coordinate tax filing and internal/external audit requirements.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and Colombian IFRS standards.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant with a valid professional license (post‑graduate degree desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including team leadership.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian accounting standards (IFRS/NIIF) and tax regulations.

What we offer

• Salary: 8,500,000 COP per month
