Channel Development Executive – Bogotá

About the role

Assurant is looking for a Channel Development Executive in Bogotá to help grow its partners' businesses in sectors such as insurance, financial services, telecommunications, retail and automotive. The role is 100% field-based, visiting sales points, and requires availability for travel within Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the growth and performance of strategic commercial channels.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners.
• Design and implement commercial strategies that drive sales and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and continuous improvement areas.
• Analyse KPIs, financial results and market trends to support decisions.
• Train commercial teams and strengthen execution at sales points.
• Act as the main link between Assurant and its partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in insurance, banking, telecommunications, retail or automotive.
• Experience in business development, channel management, strategic accounts or commercial partnerships.
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Intermediate English.

Required skills

• Preferred: KPI management and P&L analysis.
• Advanced Excel.
• Negotiation, influence and executive communication skills.
