Channel Manager

About the role

Lab Alley is seeking a high‑energy Channel Manager to lead its multi‑channel sales strategy for essential chemicals in Colombia. You will drive revenue growth across Amazon, eBay, niche marketplaces and direct B2B channels while ensuring compliance and seamless fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for online marketplaces and third‑party distribution channels to meet aggressive revenue targets.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, digital merchandising and content to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers, channel partners and wholesale distributors.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and supply‑chain teams to ensure inventory allocation, HazMat shipping compliance and order fulfillment.
• Track performance metrics, forecast demand and use data to optimize channel ROI.
• Design and launch targeted promotions, sponsored ad campaigns and seasonal offers while enforcing MAP policies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in channel management, e‑commerce marketplace leadership or B2B sales, preferably in industrial, chemical or technical product sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects, influence stakeholders and foster a growth‑oriented environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of marketplace algorithms, pricing strategies and digital advertising tactics.
• Excellent analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with a track record of successful negotiations.
