About the role
The City Manager leads 4‑6 flexible workspace centres in Barranquilla, ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a city plan to drive revenue, occupancy and compliance across centres.
- Lead, recruit and develop the community team, managing scheduling, performance and talent pipelines.
- Maximise revenue and retention through customer engagement, sales processes and billing compliance.
- Conduct regular centre visits for audits, operational improvements and staff coaching.
- Handle customer escalations, ensure policy adherence and deliver best‑in‑class tours.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of business operations, preferably within IWG.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi‑location teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel across the city for centre visits.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
