Client Partner – Digital Advertising

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team as a Client Partner for the Connect portfolio in Colombia and Central America. You will act as the bridge between top advertisers, agencies, and major platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and Amazon, driving revenue and fostering long‑lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and upsell existing clients using AI‑enabled tools to expand pipeline capacity.
• Produce weekly sales reports, analyse opportunities and risks, and present performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with finance, sales operations, and administration teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent Aleph positively in the market, building strong relationships with decision‑makers at agencies and direct advertisers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sales or account‑management experience in digital advertising or media agencies.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Energetic, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to adopt AI and productivity tools to automate routine tasks and scale sales operations.
