Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for RS2 Smart Processing Ltd’s customers, ensuring high‑quality communication and customer‑centric service. You will monitor client satisfaction, manage expectations, and act as the eyes and ears of the business to drive optimal client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products and services.
• Identify and alert sales team to upsell opportunities.
• Attend client meetings to strengthen professional relationships.
• Manage client calls, compile action plans, and share with stakeholders.
• Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs.
• Serve as main escalation point and resolve client concerns.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and flag potential issues.
• Maintain client status trackers and respond to client inquiries.
• Oversee invoice management and resolve aged debt issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of achieving high client satisfaction.
• Degree in IT, Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
