About the role
Job Duck is looking for a friendly and organized Client Services Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This remote, full‑time position supports daily operations, schedules appointments, and helps maintain a professional client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients professionally.
- Schedule appointments and keep the calendar up to date.
- Gather initial client information and perform basic intake tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with current and potential clients as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with light marketing activities and future sales support.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience as a receptionist.
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and respectful conduct.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to adapt to added responsibilities.
- Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment with stable internet.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with a CRM system.
