Client Solutions Associate

About the role

Arches is a global knowledge platform connecting experts with organizations, with a strong presence in Asia. As a Client Solutions Associate in its Colombia office, you will connect US clients with the expertise they need, focusing on finding and engaging the right experts for each project.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics.
• Identify the best-fit expert profile, including industry focus, target companies, departments, seniority level and specific expertise.
• Source expert profiles across LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases and professional networks.
• Contact experts by phone, email and LinkedIn to invite them to consult on specific topics.
• Screen and vet candidates to confirm their expertise and experience before connecting them with clients.
• Manage scheduling for client-expert interviews and build relationships with experts for future collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with US clients.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn.
• Basic research tools.
