Clinical Account Specialist – CAS

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist to provide expert clinical product support and training for Biosense Webster catheter systems and the CARTO® 3 mapping platform across an assigned territory. The role combines technical assistance, consultative selling, and strong customer relationships to drive adoption of advanced electrophysiology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialized clinical support, technical assistance, and in‑service training to physicians, EP lab staff, and hospital teams on Biosense Webster products, including the CARTO® System and RF generators.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities, increase product awareness, and facilitate collaboration between commercial teams and key decision‑makers.
• Plan and schedule case support, maintain communication with sales representatives, field service engineers, and internal partners, and share best practices across the team.
• Respond daily to customer inquiries, manage account documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, and uphold safe driving and fleet standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Clinical Support Specialist in electrophysiology and electro‑anatomical mapping.
• Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, electrophysiology technology, and related imaging modalities.
• Ability to travel up to 75 % of the time, both domestically and internationally, and to work extended periods in hospital laboratory environments.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
