Clinical Account Specialist - CAS

About the role

The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) provides specialized clinical product support, technical assistance, and training to physicians and EP lab staff on Biosense Webster catheter systems and equipment. The role combines consultative selling with hands‑on clinical expertise to drive product adoption and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and clinical training on BW products, including the CARTO® System, to optimize utilization.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities and increase awareness of BW solutions.
• Collaborate with sales reps, field service engineers, and internal partners to plan case support and share best practices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product instructions, clinical literature, and new developments.
• Respond daily to customer inquiries and manage administrative tasks such as documentation and expense reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Clinical Support Specialist in Electrophysiology and electro‑anatomical mapping.
• Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, imaging, and EP technology.
• Ability to travel up to 75 % of the time, domestically and internationally.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to work long periods seated in hospital environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Deep expertise in Biosense Webster product portfolio and EP solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities in high‑pressure situations.
